How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Instant Deletion (Fastest)

1. Open the Saba Tasks mobile app.
2. Go to your Profile tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion. Your profile, active quotes, and credentials will be removed immediately.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you no longer have access to the Saba Tasks mobile app, fill out the form below or email us directly at bekalusisay2010@gmail.com (or reach us on Telegram @bekalu73).

Data Retention & Deletion Policy

• Data Erased: Profile name, avatar, bio, phone number, national ID photos (Fayda/Kebele), job proposals, and private chat histories.

• Data Retained: Non-identifiable completed transaction invoices may be retained for tax/regulatory compliance under Ethiopian financial regulations for a maximum statutory period.
